Thermal Printing Best Practices

1. Set Scale to "100%"

Always print labels at actual size (100% scaling). Selecting "Fit to Page" can stretch barcodes, causing scanner read errors during courier pickups.

2. High Density (DPI)

Ensure your thermal printer driver is set to at least 203 DPI (300 DPI is recommended for small SKU fonts) and set print speed to moderate for maximum barcode contrast.

3. Thermal Labels Media Size

Select **4.00 x 6.00 inches** (100mm x 150mm) in your system print dialogue. This matches the aspect ratio of the output labels generated by our tool.
